I moved into my apartment two months ago and the problem is the sewage backup. Toilet water overflows into my tub from another apartment. The sewage water stinks and my carpets are soaked with poop water. I've complained several times and they still haven't fixed it.

Over all. My 2 1/2. Stay here at water oak village.apartment. were not do bad except. For the roaches. They are really bad when they come to spray they feed them if you dont like.roaches don't move here.
