Beautiful community
April 3, 2026I've had a good experience living at Water Vista Apartments. The community is quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes everyday life easier. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a functional layout and plenty of natural light. Maintenance has been responsive whenever I've put in a request, and issues were addressed in a timely manner. The grounds are kept clean, and amenities like the pool and common areas are usually ...well maintained. Parking is generally available, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and family-friendly. While communication from the office could sometimes be more consistent, the staff has been polite and helpful when I've reached out with questions or concerns. I'm so very great full for coming online and searching for apartments. I never heard of 3400 club apartments, until I saw them online. Excellent Maintenance
August 5, 2015Convenient location to restaurants, local stores and mall shopping. The staff and maintenance staff are very helpful. Maintenance responds to request within one day or next day. They are knowledgeable and timely. They do an excellent job of keeping the apartment grounds neat and clean. They pick up trash and excess garbage around the dumpsters every day at the same time of day. The inside of the apartments are well proportioned (not overly spacious, but well proportioned) and well ...insulated. It is relatively quiet. The pool area is available during summer months from 10 am to 6 pm. Last, but certainly not least, is the bug extermination process. Bug extermination is done as a precaution during apartment inspections and is also available upon request.
