February 16, 2026Amazing location and very nice staff. We have been in this building since 2021 and have always enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things have changed. Maintenance—especially the elevators, and the overall cleanliness of the building have declined. January 31, 2026I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and I love this place. I feel safe, it is next to Galleria mall, many restaurants, not so far from Museums, the Zoo, etc. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2026I absolutely love the community here, and most importantly, the staff in the leasing office. I work from home, so I see them in the lobby quite often, and they are always kind, approachable, and welcoming. I have lived in other high rise buildings where the staff could feel a bit cold or off putting, but that has not been my experience here at all. Gavin in particular is such a genuinely lovely person, he is always willing to help with anything I need, and he makes a real difference in the day ...to day experience of living here.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2025Staff has been wonderful, Mo helped us with closing the lease who was helpful from the start. Other staff members like the front desk and sales team have been very polite. Apt's been great, its nice and we were given what we were shown on the day we inquired. Majority of the residents aren't exactly polite, I lived in a community for about 5 years where we would greet each other or at least wave back but the majority of the residents won't acknowledge nor greet back. Only had a handful actually ...greet back. Amenities are awesome, we haven't used all of the amenities but are eager to. Parking is as expected, first come first serve. One thing to note is some of the residents are driving too fast when coming around corners. I'll stop before cause I'm on the lookout for another driver coming the opposite direction, would be nice if others would do the same. Not a fan of the build up of vehicles parked outside, makes it difficult to drive in or out at times.Property Manager Responded
