The renovations made to these apartments are nice and the maintenance guy/leasing manager are very nice but.... The rent is TOO high for such a small space. The “golf course view” is a JOKE! You can’t see anything, and may even get a cracked window due to a golf ball when the season starts. In addition, they hardly plow the parking lot in the winter and BUGS will be squirming all through your apartment. Not worth it to me. There are tons of better apartments in the area.

I live in waterbury apartments and if you want to please your family,friends or even your last apartment you need to live here! with granite counters and hardwood floors it makes your house feel like a home. You dont have to worry about people living on top of you and hearing stomping all the time! It has washer and dryer hookups! So you dont have a washer or a dryer? Used to live in a similar style unit in Roseville, MI. Moved here in April 2015. New owners took over about a year before. They've been renovating all the units and doing a nice job of it. Gone are the 1970s dark wood trim and cupboards, the ugly book case in the middle of the apartment that separated the front room from the kitchen. I think they're doing very well, so far.
