Disgusting place!!

I don't recommend anyone live here at 71 plaza ave. Place is disgusting, they are rats the previous tenants smoked so the walls are yellow and the ceiling. hot water is cold. One of the outlets on the wall exploded another outlet has high voltage.The elevator doesn't work and will NEVER be fixed! And not to even mention random people walking in the building knocking on the door asking for money. People stealing packages. I hate everything about this place I have nothing good to say.
