Horrible treatment towards tenants
July 5, 2023I moved in 3 months ago and it has been the worst 3 months of renting I’ve ever had to deal with. They will not respond to email/calls. They have a bug problem. Multiple issues wrong with every apartment that they won’t fix.Property Manager Responded

Our team installed new energy-efficient windows and sliders to your home before your move-in, but as with any major construction, there will always be some small items that need attention afterward. We worked hard to ensure everything was resolved as soon as we knew about it. June 29, 2021I just moved in early this month to a 1bed 1bath and the staff has been great! They are very accommodating and nice. They are always available when I need them and maintenance has taken care of whatever I need! The location is amazing and close to everything you need. February 8, 2021Waterford Downs' service is fantastic! I was having a leaky faucet issue, and as soon as I called, they sent someone over right away to fix it. Speaking of, Joe was my maintenance man and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional and completely fixed the sink to perfection in a short time! November 1, 2020Karen is amazing when we went for our viewing she heard us out on what we were looking for and had asked us about our preferences. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She made finding our future home fast and efficient, she also gave us exactly what we were looking for. Mediocre at best
February 23, 2019I came for a visit and was approached by an older woman. She wasn’t very welcoming, didn’t help explain any of the units to me. I told her what I was wanting and she handed my a sheet of paper with the floor plan. Did not explain pricing, what it came with, anything. Felt like they don’t really care about the new people coming in regardless because they will always be rented out.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2015I am absolutely THRILLED with our whole new staff!!!! I've been here for years and have went thru at least 3 different Management Companies and this is BY FAR the BEST one yet! Lauren is one of the friendliest, most sincere individuals I have ever met!!! She is SO on top of everything and understands that for many of us, even though we're renting...our apartments are our homes and our neighbors are our community!!! She has brought back such a warmth to the complex. Neil is adorable--always ...offering a smile and help!! And as far as maintenance, this is the first time in years that I feel like someone who really knows what they're doing is in charge and making sure things get done. You’re awesome Brian!!! Great Location, Attentive Staff
December 3, 2015I moved to St Louis area 6 months ago looking for a central location and easy access to airport because I travel for business 2 weeks out of the month. I have been very pleased with Waterford Court and appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff. I forgot to unplug curling iron in a rush, Lauren was more than happy to go to my place and take care for me. Maintenance guys are always busy and take care of requested work very quickly.
