Location and nothing else

The only good thing about Waterford Square is the location. However, being alongside the parkway and Airport Road, there is always quite a bit of noise outside. We have called maintenance several times and they are always quick to respond. But slow to completely resolve the problem. They have come twice for water leaks, and once as a follow up to “cover up” the mold that was left behind from the first visit and continued to grow. closet. They pulled the carpet out but did not replace it. We are currently waiting on them to finish with the other closet where the hot water heater started leaking. The carpet is soaked and the entire lower level reeks of hot mildew. He sprayed the walls and put a fan in the closet. When we said the carpet would need to come up since it is completely soaked, and we have allergies and one child with asthma, maintenance said he would have to speak with his supervisor, who has not returned the phone call all weekend. Neither has any manager from the office. I suppose they think it is ok just to wait until Monday. I do not. There are dozens of other gripes I have about this place, but I’m trying to keep this review on the short side. We are counting the days until our lease is up
