Lackluster Management / Maintenance
May 6, 2025AC unit broke well over a month ago, have been told multiple times we are on a "list" for a new one. Have checked in multiple times at the office and now we are just told they don't have an ETA on when the units/replacements will arrive and be installed. Forewarning if you decide to live here, if anything critical goes wrong with your unit do not expect to get it resolved within weeks or even months, essentially you have to wait out your lease and move to "solve" the issue.Property Manager Responded

I have NO AC since 10 days. Nobody listen to you......
May 13, 2023Vintage Kistchen supplies. very old. Cockroaches every where and you have to pay for pest control. much better to visit lowes and spray by yourself. Nobody listen to you. Do Not Move Here..
July 7, 2022Honest Review. It's July 2022. I moved here in 2019. I needed a quick apartment that I could find last minute. This was cheap and spacious.. but what I didn't realize was how terrible the upkeep to keep the ROACHES out of our apartments. I've literally dealt with this for 3 years. I'm so tired of this and will be moving out. I have no idea how they keep getting in. They need to do better. There's a reason they are so low priced relative to everywhere else. Would not recommend
June 13, 2022the price may be lower then some.. but you get nothing for it and they are raising prices way too high each year. pools have never opened on time in 5 years.. and they have 2 pools (again neither are open at this time), there is trash all over the walkways and yards and they dont clean it up just run it over with mowers. the "gym" is outdated and only open very short hours when most people are at work -which makes it useless. maintenance takes forever to come (currently waiting 2 weeks ...for 4 items) complaining does nothing. Their "dog park" is useless and actually is unsafe for animals. They have dog poop everywhere because they rarely take the trash out of the bins and they almost never replace the dog poop bags (its been at least 2 months since ive seen them in numerous holders) Buildings are older which is fine, but inside is not being updated unless you want to pay super high new monthly amount . In order to keep up and try to be a contender in the area... they need to improve the gym to be open at least until 10 or 11pm with updated equipment (currently only open when the front office is open) , they need to improve their prices for the current residents, they need to make sure the pool opens by memorial day every single year and they need to do more cleaning up to improve the look. and, Btw, complaining does nothing they just get defensive and still do not do anything about it.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2021The pros of living here are its a good price and the apartments are fairly spacious. For the most part the people living around the neighborhood are nice and the surrounding area is also a plus. The front office people are all cool too. The Cons: There is a bug problem. Waterbugs of all sizes will pop up outside and inside your apartment too. Maintenance didn’t spray unless you ask personally and even then whatever they spray doesn’t help. Another con is the upkeep of the buildings. I cant ...speak for every building but the exterior of my building was filthy for several months and no one came to clean. There were also plenty of times trash was everywhere at the dumpster. I had a few maintenance requests that also took very long to be handled.Property Manager Responded

Continued maintenance issues with lackadaisical office
May 24, 2021I have been here for just over a year. I have only stayed this long because I like the apartment style and location but that has worn thin because of the continual maintenance issues. I have had poor responses, if any when I call or am forced to leave messages during normal working hours. When I first moved in neither shower was working and the emergency line outright refused to fix at minimum one of the two so I can get clean after moving. I called the office when they opened the next day. I was ...met with a lackadaisical attitude that it might get fixed over the next several days and it took me screaming at them and making the manager get involved on her day off to get it fixed. I had a laundry list of problems in addition to the showers that I had to talk to the manager before they took me seriously. It still took them several weeks to get them all fixed. Multiple times they came in with a work order for something that needed to be fixed and it was something that had been done days before or they had the wrong item listed that needed to be fixed. After a year of living here things have barely improved. It still takes weeks before something is fixed and when I complain- if they answer the phone I get the same they they are a large place with a lot of things to fix, blah, blah, blah. I have talked to other residents who agree that the best can be said of the office staff are most are polite. There are a few that shouldn’t be working with residents as they immediately get defensive and argumentative if you have a simple issue that needs addressed. I have called the maintenance emergency line a couple of times and left messages each time but have never gotten a call back. Run away from this apartment complex if you like working equipment and staff who can get things done.Property Manager Responded

Roaches
May 10, 2021I've been living here for just over 3 months and I can definitely say there is a roach problem. At first, they'd show up dead. But then I found one in my washer, one alive on my kitchen table and baby ones near my kitchen. The roaches will get in no matter if you keep your apartment clean or not. I also put in a maintenance request to fix quite a bit of things when I first moved in. they still have yet to be fixed. if you can, only a short time lease here, people.Property Manager Responded

Noisy Apartment
December 4, 2020If you are looking for a quiet apartment don't live here. The walls are paper thin. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do and say. Washer is so noisy it rattles the walls. I feel like I'm living in a college dorm. Called property manager to see what could be done and she said that's apartment living. No, actually the walls are thin and you don't want to spend the money to properly sound proof them. They will not do anything unless you have a police report. No playground area so kids run ...around the complex being loud. Office staff is rude. Apartment email address is not listed on their website. Office won't accommodate you even when they make a mistake. You have to make sure it is fixed. Complex has a big gym but it is in the office which has been closed due to the pandemic. Pool has been closed due to maintenance or the pandemic. So glad I paid for amenities I never get to use. Trash you take out yourself but still have to pay $15 - $20 for trash pickup from the community trash. Get lots of cockroaches and bugs in the apartment. Have to constantly have pest control spray my apartment which is only scheduled once a week. I have lived in multiple apartments and this has been the worst one.Property Manager Responded

I highly recommend spending the extra couple hundred dollars to move somewhere else - the staff has no integrity, the apartments are falling apart, the grounds are poorly taken care of, they have been "renovating" there amenities the entire year and the bare minimum is always delivered by this team.
