February 17, 2026Maintenance earns 5 Stars! My brother was visiting when he discovered the waterline in the hall bathroom was leaking. That was a good call but Carlos pointed out it was actually the Part INSIDE the commode. The seal had cracked and the unit needed replacing. He also replaced the toilet seat that had a missing part making it rock when seated. Waterford Terrace has an AWESOME maintenance crew and Carlos is the best! Great Job!!Property Manager Responded

Such as handicapped bars in the bathroom and washer and dryer. The maintenance service is outstanding. They come right away. The location couldn't be better. Just minutes from the mall. Wonderful Staff & Great Location
