Property Management Is Worthless

IF you can get the property manager/landlord to answer any of your calls or messages, none of your requests as far as maintenance or anything else will be taken care of after locking you in with your contract…I would suggest you take a little more time to find a place. Do not settle for these apartments because you will regret it. These people don’t care at all about the quality of their apartments or your living conditions!

Waterford is a nice place. There are alot of unkept apartments in the Lima area. I can honestly say Waterford is a nice place to live. I also like that they fix things when they break. Management steps out sometimes but is always available. I dont know what bad experiences others have had but Waterford is a nice place to live. Truthfully!!!

The fat lady that runs the office is so rude. She’s talks to you like a child and like you don’t understand anything. She’s such a know it all and snob. The apartments are good, but would be great without her and her attitude. If you live there just try to avoid her because talking with her will give you an attitude. She bring so much negativity by the way she talks and looks at you. She acts all nice at first and then gets rude.
