No maintenance. No reliable elevator. Recently, no bus given DART "enhancements." Walking is not safe. * Bus is not Waterford's fault. But important to know.

The staff and management is going from bad to worse,Very inefficient and apathetic . Very sad .they are still not offering amenities ,no brunches,potlucks,etc, after pandemic ,They are not eager to repair Anything.And the elevators often are in disrepair.

These senior apartments are conveniently located and offer tax credits. When I moved in the management was very shady, overcharging me for the apt. and putting me in one I had never seen. The door wouldn't lock as it had been bashed in by possibly EMTs and there was no heat or hot water (the city had to come out and inspect the meter, it had no electricity to it and had the wrong type of thermostat). Someone had died in the bathtub and there was died blood and tissue. They had moved me into a ...
crime scene! They would not respond o my pleas for help and it took my home health nurse reading them the riot act to get them to help at all. The carpet is more dust than carpet and the maintenance crew was using it as a party room. Empty bottles and cans were everywhere, they had broken the blinds from peeking out, and had even spat out chewing tobacco on the floor. It appeared a very heavy person had been in a wheel chair as there were spackled repairs at what I assume would be wheelchair footrest level and even the dishwasher is deeply creased. They had some guys come in and resurface the bathtub while I was there, the fumes gassed me and my ferrets causing them to slowly die and I was unconscious for several hours. Ants have clogged many of the electrical outlets and it is prone to dynamic power surges which fried two computers and the surge protectors. I have never wanted to move so badly in my life.
