January 8, 2026Community is quiet, mostly well-maintained. Parking is rough due to not enough spaces to allow for consistently parking close to your building. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Staff do a good job at planning events to encourage community building.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2025Need a better process for trash in. More compactors on each side of apartment complex. Patio is concrete. Crumbles and tracks inside; barefoot is undesirable. Consider epoxy or flooring. Jordan is great tho, communicates well and is easy to work with.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Staff is nice and attentive, the complex is maintained well overall, and we love our apartment (especially how safe and quiet it usually is). One concern this year has been the valet service which we didn’t sign up for but get charged for monthly though it often does not occur has expected. Would’ve preferred to opt out and not pay the additional charge. Especially since the trash often piles up at the compactor with or without the valet serviceProperty Manager Responded
