Hey! Skylar does a wonderful job showing you around the community and telling you about all the features and benefits that Thee Waterford has to offer. She gets everything done checklist and paperwork wise in a timely and efficient manner. Very professional and tries to be Honest! :) I have to be honest the only thing I would change so far is the fact that they have all the unsightly electric meters like 15 upfront placed on the front of the building. When it should be in the back hidden by ...
bushes. Also other thing the fact that they put the spectrum internet box/connection in the sleeping courters which is rare and unheard of.

Area is great to live in, and apartment spaces are nice. Walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin, so noise is very consistent. Parking lots aren’t assigned unit numbers, so if you get back at a bad time, get ready to walk.

Community is quiet, mostly well-maintained. Parking is rough due to not enough spaces to allow for consistently parking close to your building. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Staff do a good job at planning events to encourage community building.

Need a better process for trash in. More compactors on each side of apartment complex. Patio is concrete. Crumbles and tracks inside; barefoot is undesirable. Consider epoxy or flooring. Jordan is great tho, communicates well and is easy to work with.
