August 21, 2025I have had a great experience with Waterford on Mainstreet during my time living here. The biggest complaint I have seen was parking but as long as you or your guest have a pass, its not too bad. I do think the automatic boot-ing of a vehicle is a little intense when there were no warnings or tickets from before; HOWEVER, I understand safety and security of the lots. I have not had an issue with our trash service here ONLY with the dumpsters. There have been an uptick of big furniture items ...being dumped in our trash rooms. I believe the office staff called for a junk service to come help clean it up (which is awesome and thank you) but beforehand, the door would not close and the outside smelled like dumpster at any point. The Staff here are amazing and will go the extra mile for you. For example, Kim, the property manager, and maintenance guys stood in the parking lot to keep eyes on a possible rabid raccoon in the lot. They notified me as I came down the stairs so that I did not go near that area and assured me Animal Control was on their way. I would like to suggest a package storage system, perhaps? Every driver is different and some packages I was waiting on were delivered to completely different doors OR not even taken to the door and left in the open mail room where it could get snatched up. Granted, its not as bad as living in Denver but having that extra "security" would be nice.Property Manager Responded
