overpriced for area/amenities
January 19, 2023If you are thinking of Texas apartment community then this is not for you..No children play area/parking are packed with big trucks - no space to walk in apartments. poorly managed and rarely working small swimming pools. No in house laundry. No security. Management is worst. Don't forget to take pictures of broken things and move in issues. Its very common they will charge you $2000 when you move out for those broken things. Poor quality apartments, full of cracks and cockroaches.Property Manager Responded
