Horrible maintenance and office staff
August 22, 2025Maintenance and management are horribly rude and disrespectful. Maintenance comes in with an attitude and has yet to fix the issue after 2 weeks. Not having air conditioning in the peak of summer in Alabama is not something that can go weeks without being addressed. They will ignore your maintenance requests and when you call about them, they will be short and rude with you and hang up in your face. When you call back, no one answers and when they eventually do, they’re even more disrespectful ...than originally. Heather has the worst attitude that an office worker could have and quotes invalid laws and rules as if you don’t know the legal requirements for rentals. When asked for corporate information, they provided a fax number under the guise of it being the phone number. For these to be new apartments, having these sort of issues is not acceptable.Property Manager Responded
September 8, 2025Thank you for sharing your feedback. Upon reviewing our records, we were unable to locate you as a current or past resident in our system. If you are residing on the property but are not listed on the lease, we kindly ask that you visit the management office so we may update our records accordingly. For the protection and safety of all residents, it is our policy that every occupant undergo a background screening prior to residing on the property. We would also like to address the inaccurate statements that were made. In instances where an air conditioning system cannot be repaired immediately due to the need for vendor service, some repairs are outside of our direct control as we must wait on third-party vendors to supply the necessary parts. When this happens management provides portable air conditioning units to the affected household. Please be assured that the health, safety, and comfort of our residents are always our highest priority. Please reach out to the front office if you ...would like to discuss.
