Terribly incompetent staff

Apparently they don't pay well enough to have people who wont neglect your confidential information/application. Waited over a week to be told "we gave the apt we had assigned to you in person because they applied online when we told you not to" No remorse, no organization and really just no management. btw they had all deposits on their desk each time i went. even the last time i had to go get my application fee because"nobody knew what it was for".

Cheap...and even that’s not a guarantee in the future

Although this place is affordable, you get what you pay for. Well...actually less. Not a single week has gone by where something in my apartment hasn’t been broken. I’m tired of seeing the maintenance people, I can’t wait to get out of my lease. Ever since the new management (Greystar) took over in early 2019, I have been even more miserable. They were not prepared to take over this property and it shows. Their issues become the tenants’ issues. Maybe it will get better in the future but right ...
now it is highly uncomfortable (and expensive with hidden fees that Greystar seemed to have magically come up with) to live here. Would not recommend if you have other options.

These are the most misleading photos I've ever seen on an apartment listing. I went to the property this afternoon and it is NOTHING like the photos- run down, grungy, razor wire on all the fences. Please either update your photos or include actual pictures of the grounds!!!
