    From living next to drug addicts to geese poop being everywhere! You get up charged for being close to the lakes which is ridiculous because they are filthy. The geese poop EVERYWHERE. The sidewalks are hardly traversable having to step around poop on top of it literally floating in the lakes as the filtering system is poor. The dog park is poorly maintained, again poop is everywhere and they hardly clean it. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, but usually fail to address the problems ...
    at hand. When I moved in the dishwasher didn’t properly work, the whole complex had packet loss for wifi in which I had to contact COX and get them to come out because the wifi was hardly usable, the shower head was rusted out, and it constantly smelled like weed. I’ve heard gunshots, seen broken car windows, fights between residents, and not to mention the visits we get from the homeless due to the lack of a security gate. And “security” hardly does its job. If you put in a call they MAY show up. And that’s a big MAY. They are essentially glorified pool closers as they mainly just lock the pools when they are closed. And on top of all that they are increasing rent here. I literally don’t know what it’s going to because this place is garbage. It’s corporate ran and I imagine the money goes to there high end properties. I’d find somewhere else to live.

    The girls in the office are so pleasant and grounds are amazing. I have an apartment over looking the back lake and the tree line, so peaceful. All the tenants I've met are really nice and quiet. It's set back from S Meridian and many people don't even know where it's located! They take care of their tenants, I was without power due to an ice storm for a few days and they gave everyonee affected $150 off their rent.....not something they needed to do being it was out of their control. I really do ...

    It wasn't until I left that my love for WatersEdge turned into dislike. After moving out and paying the fee to break my lease after I was transferred due to my job I received a letter from the apartments along with photos stating be that I didn't clean the apartment and was charged outrageously over 500 for what they claim was dirty. I'm OCD so I know for a fact I left t spotless, they sent me pictures of a oven that was disgusting and obviously not the same one I had in my apartment along with ...
    the bathtub they stated that I had put black marks on which is very untrue personally I cleaned the bathtub for months upon moving in the tub was disgusting but I figured I could get it clean and I did. The bath tub they show me isn't the same one in my apartment. As nice and secluded as it may seem be careful when moving out you should have a professional come clean your apartment (seeing as that is what they want) or you will pay over 500 for what they say is a dirty apartment and send you pictures that aren't even of your apartment just to get your money.

    I love my apartment! It is hidden in the trees near the interstate. It's close to everything. No one knows I'm here. We have ponds, geese and ducks. We have a running/walking trail around the larger pond. We also have tennis and volleyball courts. We even have some sort of golf thing. Oh yes, you can fish too. If you are an out-door person you would love it here. Come see!!!!Hope you can find it!!!!!

    As the name implies, there is a large pond behind the complex office with ducks, a large walk around path, a gazebo. There are also a couple smaller ponds within the complex as well as two swimming pools, a gym, and a tennis court. This is very relaxing place to live and is conveniently located near the Airport and highway while being far enough away that noise is not an issue. It is a safe environment too, the complex is set back from the street on a private drive and there are police officers ...
