Best Decision Ever
June 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFirst let me say, Grisleidy aka "G" is the best from beginning to end!! Very professional, great attitude and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. Supported me through the leasing process and beyond, being new to Texas she was always available for whatever questions I had prior to the move. Now on move in day, we had a time selected which she was prompt and informative and walked through the paperwork which could not be done online. Then we received the keys to the ...unit!! When I say the unit was very clean and no bugs!! It was very reassuring that I made the right decision, there were minor things that I put in a ticket for and maintenance have came and fixed it all! Neighbors are nice the ones that I see, overall I'm happy to call this my home now. Thank you G, for everything. December 18, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Waterside Apartments and feel it’s important to warn others before they make the mistake of moving here. The condition of the property is unacceptable. The grounds are poorly maintained, with broken structures, debris, and areas that look like they have been ignored for years. It’s obvious that upkeep and resident safety are not a priority. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of care from the staff. Management is ...unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to help when serious problems arise. When residents bring up concerns, they are brushed off or ignored entirely. The most upsetting experience I had was when a fence on the property collapsed and fell directly onto my car. This happened because the fence was already in terrible condition and clearly unsafe. Despite the damage and stress this caused, the staff did absolutely nothing to help. There was no apology, no assistance, no effort to take responsibility, and no concern for the safety risk this posed. I was left to deal with the damage and the situation on my own. Living here has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. No one should have to worry about their safety or property being damaged due to neglect, especially in a place they are paying to live. Rats, Roaches, trash and POOR Office staff
April 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe day I moved in, I had a water leak from the washer and water was from restroom all the way to kitchen. It was fixed within 2 days. I live on the backside of apartment and all a long fence you can see trash piled up, people just throw their trash over rather than taking it to trash bins. I also had a RAT (NOT a mouse) and was told exterminator would be out next week on Thursday a whole week later. (I have video proof of it crawling on the stove and jumping behind the fridge). The exterminator ...set up poison and the rat must have died under the kitchen sink because there was a foul smell that I still get a weft of and its been 2 months. When I called to complain, office sent maintenance to board up all the holes but smell remained. The apartment was not properly cleaned and still has drawings and dirty marks from previous renters. Office hours are a joke, no one ever answers and they definitely don't return phone calls. I ALWAYS have to walk to office and even with normal business hours, office doors will be locked and blinds will be closed. December 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are nice, but gym equipment remained broken for five of the six years we've lived here, and pool chairs were literally disentegrating before they finally bought more. My cheif complaint is that the security people lock the pool gate saturday night and no one unlocks it until after noon on sunday! Which is ridiculous because we can't swim on sunday mornings on our only day off.
