Worst Experience Ever
January 16, 2016I will never live at another Grassano property, again. They change staff constantly. When I moved into my apartment it was filthy, dirty blinds, a refrigerator that didn't work, a MOUSE (that maintenance tried to convince me that I didn't have a mouse problem and wouldn't seal the cabinet that that mouse was coming through) I sealed it myself and guess what NO MORE MOUSE problem. Maintenance was not the best. I even had a maintenance man enter my apt without knocking or without have given a work ...order. He was my neighbor and thought it was ok. Janet was the best apartment manager that place had at one time, but she's no longer there. Overall terrible experience and when I tried to contact Corporate about my issues, nothing was ever addressed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
cheap rent/good for pet
December 8, 2015I have liked living here and I needed cheap rent. My apartment was the biggest I've ever lived in, and it took me about 5 minutes to get to work off the loop. They let you have pets, and it's a ton cheaper that my first apartment. I never really had to call maintenance, but one of the guys was my neighbor and he was cool. I didn't have parking issues. Not the worst and not the best!
July 20, 2015You definitely get a decent apartment for the price you pay. The manager is always great to work with as long as your bills are paid. The all bills paid option is the way to go so you don't have to worry about dealing with the local power company who are the devils advocates! You also get free cable and Internet! They are pet friendly as well! The location is somewhat close to a bad neighborhood but not in the bad neighborhood. So unfortunately some of the residents are not who you would want to ...be your neighbor.
