Don't do it.
October 28, 2024All they care about is taking your money. I never moved in, never finished my application but they kept my deposit and never refunded me for it. I've never had this issue with any other apartment. So disappointed with how unprofessional they are. Don't even bother looking at the apartment because they will scam you out of your money. There is a reason for all of the low reviews. Worst experience with apartment hunting ever.Property Manager Responded

Seamless Move - Great Place to Live After One Month
September 13, 2024We moved into here about a month ago. Jazmine was incredibly responsive throughout the process of applying and moving in, minimizing inefficiency and stress in the process. After moving in, both Jazmine and Garrett have been friendly and helpful with anything we have needed. Also, maintenance requests have been answered promptly. The roof is amazing, the gym exceeds expectations, and the complex is cleaned constantly. We are very happy living here.Property Manager Responded

Perfect first LA home
February 7, 2022I moved across the country to LA and had the perfect stay at Waterstone. John and staff were timely, communicative, helpful and friendly. My studio was the perfect space. bad sound proof and tilted floor
April 15, 2018We live on the second floor. We are tortured by the footsteps of our neighbor upstairs. The situation is better when they keep their sleeping schedule every day. Sometimes they get up earlier, or stay up, it would be terrible for us. They even do exercises in their room, although we have a gym just on the 1st floor. And the floor is tilted. I first noticed this in the first day I moved in. Now I found it is a big problem, because you will feel backache after long sitting at the desk. And I can ...hear the sound from the freeway, since this building is near the freeway.
