My apartment is spacious, clean, and my neighbors are very nice.Jessica and all the Maintenance men have been so wonderful and helpful! Any maintenance problem is taken care of in a timely fashion. Great grassy area for kids to play along with multiple swings and sand area.

I have lived here since 2018 and in the past two years Jessica has managed to clean this place up nicely. As well as Jessica is a friendly person. If there is any maintenance that needs to be done on the apartment, the maintenance crew gets it done in a timely manner. The yard is well taken care of, as well as when there is snow its removed in a timely manner.

5 stars is just not enough to show how happy my family is with Watertown East Apartments! Jessica made us feel at home when we were signing our lease and doing our walk through! I have lived here for 3 years and cannot complain at all! She definitely knows how to run an apartment complex. She’s always on top of everything! Very friendly, and has amazing customer service. The maintenance men are wonderful as well! The complex is always on top of making sure the grass is cut and the snow is ...
shoveled. To top is all off the apartments are pretty spacious! There’s pretty much a park by every apartment building so you’ll never have to worry about play areas for your children! 10/10 recommend this to families!

I have lived here since 2014. When I got here this place was rough. Jessica in the office has turnd this place around greatly. Friendly, wonderful customer service, prompt with any issues. Jessica has turned this into a place I feel comfortable in now. Spacious apartments. The maintenance men are wonderful. The complex is prompt with there snow removal and grass cutting, also any maintenance issues u may have. Its great having a landlord that puts herself in the tenants situation and empathizes ...

I've been a resident for over 6 years and love living here!! The office ladies are always helpful. The apartments are town home style, which I love, the only thing missing is a garage but everything else makes up for it. Much appreciate being able to use washer and dryer in my own home. I refer my friends as well! This is a great community everything is a hop skip and a jump to the freeway and the downtown area as well as the Watertown Community pool!

I viewed the apartment today before obtaining an application. The management staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments are surprisingly very spacious, I was thrilled to find they have full basements with washer and dryer hook ups. I'm excited about the possibility of becoming a tenant at this location and I will refer my friends as well! This is a nice town too!
