Initial impression was awful when Jessica gave me the most trouble I’ve ever received for WANTING to move in. I had to follow up everyday and relentlessly call and text for anything to happen in the process of moving in. No where to park as a RESIDENT. They will tow your car for parking in a visitor spot when I would have to park blocks down to walk to my apartment alone at 11pm. They can’t even afford to buy more reserved ...parking spots for their residents. Probably has to do with the reviews and the fact that no one has a good experience here. The lot floods everytime it rains. Save your time, money, and energy. Jessica is lazy and Ryan is easily intimidated and clearly doesn’t do much. Pay your people more so they actually care about the work that they do or hire more people. There are no wipes in the gym to clean up after yourself, therefore I won’t use it when there are obvious sweat stains on the equipment. Waste of space. Pools always closed. Grill doesn’t work. People steal your packages. Dog park has never been maintained. Leasing office will close early if they feel lazy. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t answer emails. Do they even do their jobs? At this point I’m confused on what amenities I’m paying for considering none of them are useful..STEER CLEAR. don’t move in. Don’t give them the time of day. May 21, 2026We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience in our community has not met your expectations. We understand your frustration, and we would like to address the concerns you raised. Cleanliness and maintenance of our amenities are important to us. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the fitness center, including the availability of sanitary supplies, as well as the condition and operation of the pools, grills, and other community amenities. While we do replenish sanitary supplies as quickly as possible when they run low, we also politely ask that residents do not rely solely on the availability of cleaning supplies within the fitness area and that they bring and use a personal towel while using benches and equipment. This helps manage perspiration and contributes to keeping the fitness center cleaner and more comfortable for all residents. We are also pleased to share that both swimming pools and the community grill area are scheduled for renovation within ...the next couple of months. These planned improvements are part of our continued efforts to enhance resident amenities and the overall community experience. In addition, more reserved parking spaces will be available once the new reserved parking signage has been fabricated and installed. If you are interested in a reserved parking space, please let the leasing office know so we can add you to the waitlist and ensure you are considered as spaces become available. We also take concerns regarding communication and customer service seriously. Our intention is always to provide professional and responsive service to residents, and we regret that you feel your experience during the move-in process and subsequent interactions did not reflect that standard. Feedback regarding office responsiveness and resident communication has been escalated to management for review. Regarding package security, we would also like to clarify that the Amazon lockers located onsite are owned and managed directly by Amazon, similar to how USPS manages community mailboxes. While we host the lockers as a convenience for residents, Amazon is solely responsible for their operation, deliveries, and support services associated with those lockers. We never want any resident to feel unheard, and we encourage you to contact management directly so we can discuss your concerns in greater detail and work toward solutions.

Don't Live Here! - Not Worth It
September 14, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis place was the only available apartment when my boyfriend and I were moving down to Tampa and now I know why. The fact there was so many empty units when I was leaving yet could not find another apartment is also a telling sign. The property managers are useless - we have been calling for weeks with no response. When we were supposed to move in we requested to move in on a Saturday since we were coming all the way from MA. They approved it. I started calling that morning at 9am right when ...the office was supposed to open. NO ANSWER. We arrived in Tampa after driving 29 hours because of a storm and no one was there and there was a note on the door saying that the office was closed. A notice was never sent out that the office was closed. We were able to get in at 10pm that night because an emergency maintenance worker was able to let us in. When I got a call on Monday (2 days later), the woman apologized and said they were short staffed and she didn't see my call because she was at Disney.... They never offered us a tour, never showed us where anything was, did not give us any information on any amenity, did not even give us our mailbox keys. We were able to get our mail 2 weeks later when they finally put an order into the post office to get us keys. It took them over a month to get us access to the amazon hub...which we did not even know about because no one told us. The community as a whole is pretty dirty. The dumpsters are always over flowing, the washer and dryers never work (because it is a community laundry room not in unit washer and dryer like they advertise) and are pretty gross. The dog park is absolutely disgusting so if you have a dog, don't count on being able to use it. The apartment itself...we lived in a 2bed/2bath. It is a decent size and I can see why a young, growing family would find it attractive. But they literally put lipstick on a pig. The paint literally was PEELING off the wall within a couple of months and we kept the AC on all the time so the humidity was down. The kitchen cabinets and drawers did not fit properly with each other and either didn't close all the way or the drawers fell off the tracks ALL THE TIME. None of the things hung on the walls (think bathroom and closet) were drilled into the drywall they were all loose and falling off pretty quickly. We have had no issues with our apartment, and the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. They are very responsive to calls and emails which has been great. They never changed the carpet when I moved in and refused to do anything about it when the issue was addressed. Parking isn't guaranteed for all tenants and the wiring is so shoddy that electrictians and cable/ satalite providers are limited by the crappy setup. Inadequate parking and poor maintenance staff
November 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance staff and parking are the worst I have ever seen. Despite numerous complaints the property management continue to ignore the on-going parking issues. Visitor parking was placed in sensitive, desired, parking areas and residents are forced to park along the property edge where visitor parking should have been placed. There have been three different notices about parking rules and enforcement over the last year, but no enforcement is done. After hour violations and parking issues ...go completely unchecked. Maintenance workers park their personal vehicles in high demand parking areas. The complex provides maintenance with golf carts for use within the community grounds. There is no reason for them to park in the more desired parking areas. The property has plenty of room to expand parking capabilities; however, management has chosen to convert space to other uses like playgrounds and other vanity features instead of expanding much needed parking. Some of the sidewalks and a lot of the parking lot flood during normal rainfall due to inadequate drainage. Maintenance works out of the laundry facility and use the same as a workshop where shop tools are in use and noisy. The maintenance workers do not speak English which causes a huge problem with communication of maintenance issues. On numerous occasions, maintenance has responded to resolve an issue with the wrong tools and equipment. It has caused delays in maintenance and misunderstanding of issues that have gone on for months in some cases. There is no preventative maintenance schedule followed by maintenance staff. The only time our air conditioning filter has been replaced in our unit was by our request two months ago. We recently had issues with fleas, we do not own any pets. We contacted Management twice before the pest control service was scheduled. Upon the date of service, we were advised by the pest control service that property management was supposed to give us a preparation packet guiding us on the special process and procedure to flea treatment preparation. Without following this process in advance, he was unable to conduct the service and a new date had to be scheduled the following week. This delayed the treatment for two weeks. We have what appears to be black mold growing in several rooms of the apartment. New management is too focused with putting lipstick on a pig with this community.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

She gave us a full tour of all the facilities and answered all our questions. Upon the day of getting our apartment, we were given a HUGE welcome bag filled with delicious gourmet snacks. It went through very quickly between me and my roommates haha. This place deserves waaay more then just 5 stars.
