About Wauconda Park Apartments
Come see our newly remodeled and well-maintained 1 and 2-bedroom apartments situated near Bangs Lake and Downtown Wauconda. These apartments feature large bedrooms and living areas with updated appliances, flooring, and cabinets. There are coin-operated laundry rooms in each building on the first floor. One dedicated parking space per person on the lease is included. Snow removal and maintenance are done by an on-site crew and tenants have direct access to both the maintenance and leasing help lines. Electricity is paid by tenant; water and garbage are included. These apartments are fully electric, so there is no gas bill. Each unit is internally wired for cable/internet, although cable/internet packages are neither required nor included. All units, including the garden level apartments, are accessible by a staircase of no fewer than 5 steps. First month's rent and security deposit are collected upon lease signing; the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Cats and dogs are allowed; there is a $50/month pet rent for each cat and $100/month pet rent for each dog. There is no initial pet deposit. The application fee is $30/person. ~ Se habla espanol ~

Had an issue with the heatint unit which was responded to and changed out with a new unit immediately. Snow removal occurred consistently and thoroughly. Very clean and safe apartment building.
