As soon as your concern was reported, we immediately arranged for a professional pest control inspection to determine the source and extent of the issue. The inspection confirmed a level 1 infestation, and we’ve scheduled treatment to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Per your lease agreement and community policy, residents who have occupied their home for over a year are responsible for pest control treatments, as ongoing prevention and maintenance become part of normal household care. Our goal is always to keep every home safe, clean, and comfortable, and we’ll continue working with you to make sure this issue is fully addressed.

This place is a horror

Honestly, the for the price you'd expect that you would get a great deal. Think again. I was rushed into signing a lease and there were no appliances in my apartment upon moving in. All of the old appliances were left on the patio and the place was filthy. I was told that my appliances would be placed in the apartment and 2 weeks passed before that was taken care of. My kitchen had no backsplash and I had to call and harass them in order for them to come and fix it. On top of that, the place is ...
swarming with roaches and pests. They sent pest control but they obviously did not do their job because they are still here. They removed my dishwasher and left it in the middle of my dining room floor for days. There are scratches all over the floor left from when the maintenance men were dragging my appliances out of the apartment. This place is beyond filthy and the management does not seem care a little bit. They should know better than to move tenants into an apartment that is unsuitable for living. The management has no concern regarding my safety or care. My AC went out on the hottest weekend this month, and no one was able to come and help me. I was left in my sweltering hot apartment at almost 85 degrees that day. Considering that nearby properties offer move-in specials and this one did not offer me anything, I feel completely ripped off. My advice to you would be to find a place that offers a better deal or a better management. You'll save yourself in the long run.

I recently moved in Sept. The price for my 2bd x 2bath is great. The apartments are quite nice. Moving in process was a breeze. It probably took a few days to get approved. The location is great! I’m literally by all the places I need. The only thing I don’t like is that the gate is broken, there’s trash in random spots and I have roaches. They aren’t as bad, but I see them every now and again no matter how spotless my place is, bombs I set off or boaric acid I put down. The roaches is what’s ...
making me almost want to end my lease. I just hate seeing them and they’re only in the kitchen now.

Prices are ok but the staff is unhelpful

Since I moved in nothing has been working. The appliances are outdated. The stove top had to be fixed at least 5 times, in which, the maintenance personnel are not capapble of fixing. On move in I notified the office on roach infestation and nothing was done. The leasing agents usually only help if they feel like it. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

my ex dumped me and left me in a hole of debt. I had to find a new home and these people were absolutely amazing! they worked with me as far as pet deposits, even knew me by name when I came to apply. the apartment I have is beautiful with black cabinets, mirrors in the kitchen, vanity, and red doors. the neighborhood is quiet but close to the main street where all the shops are. if you're in trouble and need a place to call home, these people at the waverly can help you do that!
