August 17, 2024Someone just got their tires stolen, we have a pool they haven’t open since new management came, maintenance doesn’t come unless you harass them nothing is 24/hrs. The new management has fallen apart. A few years ago the maintenance man lived on site, pool was open In the summer, and there is a mice problem!!! And the laundry room has one washer and dryer that’s small af instead of a onsite laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.Review from Apartments.com

August 3, 2024If you are looking to move, move anywhere but here. I arrived at the complex for my scheduled tour to see if moving here would be a good fit for me. The woman who called me to confirm was not there. She told me the door was unlocked and I could go in, it was locked. There was a car in the parking lot on milk crates. After seeing that vehicle without tires on it, I knew that this place was not for me, the poor management sealed the deal for me never to come back.Review from Apartments.com

February 8, 2024Where do I start, been here 7 years, I use to swim in the pool new management closed down, a lot of us did. It’s a mouse issue, all of us old people dealing with old tubs, old rugs and cabinets. But they redo apartments as soon as people move out no fair at all. They can do so much better. May 25, 2023We moved here because we were told it was family friendly. Recently they've complained about children playing outside, and have made accusations about neighbors and their dogs. It is not child friendly or dog friendly. I highly recommend living somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

May 25, 2021Newly Renovated!?!?! Good joke!!!! Moved in less than one month ago. On move in day the unit was NOT cleaned and had dead bugs everywhere. The hot water and air conditioned did not work and still has not been fixed. Not to mention the leasing office initially moved our move in date back by two weeks to address the AC and hot water issues. And now on top of it there is a mouse problem in the first floor bathroom. This place is far from worth their asking rent price and should not have been ...available for rent until these issues had been properly addressed. So Many Problems Already (Only been here less than a week)
May 6, 2021We've been here for only 2 weeks and have not been able to take a shower for a week now. The first night the shower started leaking! On top of not being able to shower, the AC doesn't work either so we're sweating and can't shower. What a great place to live. This is supposed to be a newly remodeled apartment and has so many issues. Maintenance has come twice and hasn't fixed anything! They just say they'll call someone to come and they never do. December 11, 2020I was a resident of Wedgewood for roughly two years, Upreality became the leasing company within my last 6-7 months of being a resident. I moved out last month and had a lot of communication with Janelle. She made my move out process and less stressful and I was unaware of my exact move out date. Janelle assured me of the moving out process and offered an extension if it was necessary. The leasing companies prior to Upreality was difficult to get a hold of or even a callback that was not my ...experience with Upreality.
