Unbelievably Terrible Property Manager
January 8, 2017
Previous owners were amazing. Unfortunately the current owners, Summit Real Estate, have ignored maintenance requests, allowed dumpster garbage (there's only a single mini dumpster for the property) to pile up for weeks, and the current property manager is remarkably rude. All appliances are cheap and break frequently, which is a problem when you can't get maintenance to fix things. Avoid like the black plague.

I've lived almost everywhere...
July 27, 2015
and this quite, 2bed/2 bath apartment is the best find in Evansville. The personal storage unit and assigned covered parking spaces are unique in this area.The Harwood floors, granite countertops, and vaulted ceilings are gorgeous! And the washer/dryer and stainless appliances are an added plus. Worth the money!
