January 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comTwo years ago on Christmas, the sprinkler system froze, burst, and caused severe water damage to the entire building. There was mold on the walls in the hallways for weeks untreated. In my apartment there was hardly and heat and you couldn't control the temperature. It's crazy, I thought the building was condemned...should be. There was always a roach carcass at the front door to greet you though!Property Manager Responded
March 14, 2024This apartment building was purchased in March of 2023. This building and every apartment that's being currently leased has been or is in the process of being updated!! We are excited to be part of Detroit's revitalization.
