February 4, 2026Nice place to live. I appreciate that I do not hear my neighbors through the walls at all. Maintenance is very fast to fix things and good at communication. Office staff isn’t always the most friendly but is generally helpful. Pools and workout facilities are very nice.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2026The agent we worked with at Wellington, Shelisa, was extremely friendly and hard working! She gave us a great deal and good location. The apartment, however, is pretty dirty. The walls are stained yellow and dripping that yellow stain places. There is hair stuck to the walls. The shelved in the cabinets in the kitchen are warped and stained heavily. The outside of the cabinets are peeling. The toilet in the en suite bathroom is flooding my bathroom every time I flush (thus making it unusable) and ...haven’t heard from maintenance. We moved in a few days ago. Overall the place is good for the price, but definitely feels like an older development. Still have high hopes for the Wellington though, as the staff was extremely friendly!Property Manager Responded
