March 2, 2026So far so good, maintenance was quick to fix a screen that fell out and unlock my garage when I left my door opener inside. Parking lots and sidewalks are clear of snow and salted. Property is clean. Plus I car hear my neighbors at all!Property Manager Responded

February 21, 2026The appliances are ancient; there is no landscaping whatsoever. Mud everywhere when it rains. my apartment has no grass off of the concrete patio. They do absolutely nothing about modernizing the apartments. The maintenance is very good, they do what they can with the low budget.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026Great place to live, good people, great amenities, and for the most part quiet. Only thing I wish is if the would spead more time on cleaning up the grounds, weeds, tree branch and trash that has been blowing around. Overall a great place for a family.Property Manager Responded
