It’s quite the place nothing was bad about the place as we moved in the only issue was temporary, and that was the dishwasher being smelly probably because it hadn’t been used in a while.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful, the staff’s friendly, the nature around is a plus. Having a pool, nice gym is just an extra bonus. I love that they let ESA’s be a part of the community. The signing of the lease was super easy. Pay tent through Loft isn’t hard at all either.

People seem friendly, area kept up well, employees at Wellington are eager to help in any way. I would say my one concern are the windows. While the apartments have been updated, I would like to see the windows updated to newer and easier to work with windows.

Good apartment. Quick to action maintenance requests. Dated but has character! Lots of mature trees which make it really enjoyable in the summer months.

Love 95% of the apartment the one thing that I feel needs addressed is the landscaping. Around the buildings especially round the front missing rock torn landscaping material weeds etc

Enjoy swimming at the pool and the conviences in the area. The pool and the dog park are great amenities within the apartment complex. Also find it valuable for the speed bumps as I have grandchildren that come to visit.
