October 9, 2025Wellington has been a great place to live. I've lived in the complex for almost five years now. Only thing is, if you live by the pool, the lights at the pool stay on all night and it shines bright in your bedroom windows.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025First off I really enjoy the privacy here- my last apartment was right off the side walk on the first floor so if I had the blinds up I could see everyone and everyone could see me, not the case here. Secondly, what has stuck out to me is how this apartment complex feels like a neighborhood.
