June 1, 2025Beautiful and peaceful - neighbors do their own landscaping, set up bird feeders, mulch, and picnic table. Staff is helpful and informative, and pet poop bag stations refilled and changed regularly. Plus dog wash station and pools!Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025Many good things about Wellington and my apartment. However, there is a lower railing missing outside. It was removed when the new steps were installed. I've even been told it would be replaced, but so far, no railing, and I did fall last winter, and likely wouldn't have fallen if a railing had been installed.
