Great experience!
March 23, 2026This apartment complex is located in a great, quiet area and was a wonderful place to live. The landscaping was always well-maintained, and snow removal was handled quickly and efficiently. We never had any issues during our time there. When our water heater went out, maintenance responded right away and replaced it promptly. Shirley was always easy to communicate with and made everything smooth and stress-free. I hope you like brown recluse spiders
April 24, 2025Despite spraying the entire place before moving in, I constantly found brown recluse spiders. It's like they're living in the vents. The dishwasher only turns on and off, the rest of the settings/buttons don't work, and the dishes are left looking worse because of the hard water stains. So I've been hand washing. The garage leaks water inside when it rains. The landlord Shirley, leased my unit to someone else prior to finding out if I would renew or not, and when I called her on it she ...simply stopped responding to me and just mailed me the final walk-through notice. I'm happy to be parting ways.Property Manager Responded
September 7, 2025We always seek to timely satisfy any issues our residents might have. Unfortunately, you didn't mention any of these issues to us during your tenancy; this is the first that we've heard. In addition, we never re-leased the apartment while you were living there. After you advised us you would be moving out of state, we simply asked that you move out by the date specified in your lease. We were unable to extend your lease to suit your timeline as you requested. We wish you the best moving forward.

Great place to live!!!!
December 2, 2023This is the best place I have lived in Columbia (have had 3 apartments). Shirley the property manager (as well as her husband) are quick to respond for maintenance issues, if you're locked out at any time of the night or day, and even check in with their residents if they know something is going on (My heating unit broke and they called to ensure I wasn't getting cold and to update on a timeframe that the part would be in etc). Additionally they went above and beyond to install security cameras ...after realizing part of the property was not seen on the other cameras!
