Wonderful Place (I give it a 4* because of parking situation)
October 18, 2021Apart from the parking situation, which can be a bit tricky at times everything else is wonderful about this place. Stayed there from Jan-Dec 2020 and absolutely loved it. The front office staff went out of their way to help in terms of any apartment related issues or mail pickup. Moving out also went pretty well. Parking situation is a different story but this might be to do with some residents have 2+ cars and selfishly hogging up all the spaces near the apartments.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2020Living here since 2015, the staff has been, accommodating, gracious, warm, and welcoming. From her first day Carmen has consistently gone above and beyond her prescribed duties to individualize her service to residents, and in my instance more than once. Tiffany, replacing other exceptional staff, upon her recent arrival has met or exceeded the level of service, that a person feels they are part of a strong community. Fantastic Place to Live!
July 24, 2019Positives I've lived in several places throughout Macon and this is the best one so far! The grounds are always well kept and safe, even at night. The staff are communicable and courteous and respond to tenant requests promptly. The units are new and have an excellent selection of home appliances. Caveats The only caveat has nothing to do with the apartment and so I still give it a five star rating: it's location. While it is within a short drive of the mall, several shopping centers and ...everything you need, it is right next to a large school and the four way stop that serves it. Traffic can be difficult during certain times of the day and year. Negatives None so far!Property Manager Responded

Wembly at Overlook, More Smiles
August 15, 2015Wembly at Overlook is more than just a place to live, it's a community. I've never lived in a more caring and happy environment, with such dedicated and attentive staff. Whether you're entertaining in the theater room, the pool, or the Outlook, there is plenty of people and fun to go around. The fitness area is of high quality and there's even a bark park for fur babies to get in their exercise. If you are looking for resort-style living in the Macon, Georgia vicinity, I highly recommend Wembly ...at Overlook.Property Manager Responded

The best ever
August 11, 2015Wembly is the best apartments around. The pool area is always clean and very welcoming. The staff are a lot of fun and always setting up new things to do and everyone is very kind and helpful. The immenities are amazing. Big screen theatre room that you can rent (by only putting a check in file for a security deposit, so it's actually free as long as you don't break stuff)with 3d for movies or you can just watch TV in there. Not only that but the staff pop popcorn when you have it rented. The ...rooms are great. Large enough to host but not a lot of just wasted space. They are within a few minute drive of the mall and many places to eat. You are on the nice side of macon that feels very safe. Gates community with great security feel and tenants.
