NO PRIVACY! INTRUSION OF TENANTS RIGHTS!
February 9, 2018I have been living here now for almost 3 years. I am very unhappy lately in things that have been going on. Firstly, you have absolutely NO PRIVACY whatsoever. The MGMT./MAINT. STAFF are always wanting to come into your residence with little to NO NOTICE for the silliest of reasons. One example: They felt the need to come in during the winter to check and lock your windows so no air is coming in, I mean really, we are ALL ADULTS here and "who does that?". I have had them walk in after ...unlocking my apartment with their key while I've been in here without allowing them access. Whether they know it or NOT, this is an ILLEGAL ENTRY! I don't even feel safe here anymore, but I feel stuck as I can't afford anywhere else to go. I have personally been talked to in a DISRESPECTFUL way and tone like I am beneath the Mgmt. Staff. Other Tenants have also expressed these same complaints. There are tenants living on this property dealing drugs and doing drugs within their apartments and NOTHING is done about it! We are forever getting memos clipped outside of our door for any and everything letting us know that they will be coming on this day to do this or that, I mean it's always something to intrude on our privacy and they don't care whether you're in bed sick or not--they will just walk into your apartment. These things HAVE TO STOP!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone that likes to remain PRIVATE and live their lives as we all are entitled to. I will say the apartments are nice and I feel comfortable as long as I am allowed to live my life here, but it has become very difficult as the MGMT. STAFF makes that almost impossible. This is just my opinion and what I have been experiencing....I hope this helps and gives you a little insight of what this tenant has been dealing with thus far.
