    I have been a resident at Westley Kensington apartments for 3 years and the staff and maintenance crew is excellent and very respectful. Sydney is so polite and works hard to accommodate me with any problems or questions I may have. I highly recommend Westley Kensington

    I absolutely LOVE my apartment. It’s the best ever! It’s so peaceful, spacious, and comfortable. I’ve never had any issues since moving in back in 2021. The office staff are always so awesome as well. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

    This review is long overdue, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Zoe, Alonso, and Sidney for their amazing help during my first-ever move! It was a lot to take on, but they made the process smooth and stress-free. I started working with Zoe, and she went above and beyond right from the start. Even though I was still undecided, Zoe was patient and understanding. Two weeks later, when I made my decision, she quickly extended the application and pre-approved me—no delays. When Zoe went on ...
    vacation, Alonso took over and treated me as his own client. He helped me understand the process, calmed me down when I had trouble uploading documents, and set up an appointment for the next day to see the units I liked. Despite the rainy day, Alonso kept a positive attitude, and after our tour, I felt at ease. He assured me Zoe would help finalize the lease. When Zoe returned, she quickly sent my paperwork, and I was thrilled to get the apartment on Valentine’s Day! Zoe’s heads-up about signing the lease fast helped me lock in the price. Sidney helped me understand the rates and next steps before I picked up my keys. He was clear and patient, and even walked me through the apartment and sent me gate access for the weekend. Sidney really went above and beyond. Zoe, Alonso, and Sidney made me feel welcome, supported, and thoroughly prepared. I’m so grateful for their outstanding support! Huge shoutout to JC too for his kindness in helping me understand my address. 10/10 would recommend moving here!

  • Almost everything I needed

    Staff is great and always very helpful. Property is maintained well. With the hurricanes coming to Florida Sidney helped me quickly get my lease approved so I could move and avoid all the chaos and rent hikes. They also have lots of lighting to deter crime as well. Only thing I would say is that they could use microwave ovens and washer/dryers but you can lease a pair and have them delivered for about 40 bucks a month.

    I truly loved my time here. The apartments are soooo spacious with so much natural lighting. I first stayed in a two bedroom apartment in building 9. I loved the space and had no issues with my washer and dryer that came with the unit. Any service request was quickly taken care of. The maintenance men are friendly and knowledgeable. I renewed my lease and moved into a one bedroom in building 14. I loved this space so much seeing that it was still very large and had a great fireplace! The carpet ...
    in these places is always so soft. Every place looks super homey and cozy. The pools are a great time when they are open. The gym is nice I definitely do wish they would keep it open 24/7 like other complexes. I have had no issues with bugs. Some charges have been on my account before for the wrong reasons but it was all easily fixed just keep an eye on your bills if anything. Loved it! Would def recommend.

Also maintenance takes very long to respond back there isn't a sense of urgency. Finally for the money spent on these apartments we should have access to the gym past 9-6 (as most people working during those hours) and valet trash,
