Rushed Repairs and No Real Oversight
April 28, 2025This place seriously needs to step up how they inspect and get apartments ready. When I came for the tour, you could already see things that weren’t finished right, but I trusted they would fix it before move-in. They didn’t. Since I signed my lease, it’s been one thing after another — repairs that should’ve been taken care of before I even got my keys. Maintenance orders get rushed through and a lotta times the same problem keeps coming back, until finally someone takes the time to fix it ...right. It’s frustrating to see the folks who supposed to be checking the work not making sure it’s done properly, and the ones who suffer are us residentsProperty Manager Responded

Awesome Experience
June 8, 2017I would like to say, I had the best experience from start to the actual move-in with the Leasing Agent Adrianne at the Wesley Providence Apartments. I started off in Stockbridge area with the most incompetent leasing agents ever known and landed in the Lithonia area. Adrianne assured me that the process would go smoothly and she did not disappoint. I can say I truly love it here. I would advise them that Adrianne goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy. If I have any issues , ...she addresses them. Adrianne alone gets my five stars and the Leasing Manager, Mrs. King is awesome as well, she constantly checks to ensure that everyone entering are being serviced , Great Job Wesley Providence! Not a Great experience!!!!!
July 30, 2015Let me start by saying I was happy to move into Wesley Providence.. It is convenient to my place of employment, and close to local shopping and entertainment. I have had to contact the staff on a few occasions to have a few concerns addressed.Whenever I call the Leasing office and get this one particular agent its not a good thing.Aisha is extremely rude and nasty over the phone. She has been resigned to be my leasing agent because my previous agent is no longer there. I would never do business ...with anyone who treats people the way she does. I understand all too well, customer service is not an easy job, "however" to just be downright rude and nasty to the people who keep you employed is insane. My lease it up in November, I will not renew it if this is the person I am to deal with... Whats really funny is the fact I was in the office today and on my way out I passed right by her and I had never even seen her , just phone conversations. Aisha didn't even speak to me, she just gave me a dirty look. She did not know me, nor I her, but I recognized that nasty demeanor, the same rude woman in person just like on the phone..... #getridofaisha or I will get rid of myself by not renewing my lease!!!!!! Nice size, great location!
August 27, 2015Wesley Providence apartments in Lithonia are a hidden jewel. The location is right near the interstate 20 and directly behind Stonecrest mall. We are close to everything! There really isn't any mall traffic because the complex is nestled behind the main street. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is always manicured. Some people neglect to pick up after their pets, but it's not a major offense. The pool area is amazing, it looks like a resort pool. I am a single lady and I have always ...felt safe in the complex. A Feeling of Home.
August 4, 2015I have lived in apartments all of my life. As a New Yorker, that's all I have ever known, and when I moved to Georgia, I kept that tradition going. Georgia is an affordable location for apartment living, and I lived in 2 relatively descent places until I moved to my current location, Wesley Apartment Homes, and I have never been more excited about coming home. It's spacious and laid out like a house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a lovely spacious kitchen with an island and huge ceilings with ...crown moldings. It's perfect for my mother and I, now that I am her caregiver, and she lives with me, I feel so comfortable with her here. She can relax by the pool, or walk outside with her walker and just take in the beautiful surroundings. Her favorite spot is the porch, and it's even more enjoyable for her, now that I have netting around it, and she can sit all day, enjoying the breeze and the trees. Wesley Providence is a godsend. I am happy here, and it's a stone's throw from the movie theater, shopping and restaurants. My apartment makes me feel like I am living in a house, but with no grass to cut. The staff is prompt and efficient, but more importantly, they make me and my Mom feel welcomed and special. I am so grateful to have found this place, and having my rent paid for life would be a blessing. My mother is 90 years old, and I really don't want to move again. July 24, 2015Wesley Providence Apts, is the place to live,the apartments are safe, guiet and very peace ful at night and day.The management is helpful and always on hand for any sitution that might occur. The view at night is so very beautiful, by the swimming area and there is always some one there for safety. I coudn't be more please if I was living on a resort.
