  • Nice quiet neighborhood

    I really find this neighborhood to be very nice, quiet, and well kept. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I talk to Niy mostly, and she is always so pleasant and truly such a sweetheart. Being here has really been a great experience my family, we have no complaints!

  • THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX AND STAFF EVER!!

    I can only describe my experience living here as seamless and enjoyable. Lina was my leasing agent and has made my entire leasing/application process very easy. She’s very thorough and is so personable. Shadae and Leslie have also been so amazing. Each of them remember their tenants and make an effort to reach out or help in any ways possible. I’d give 10 stars to this property because of them.

    Shadae is amazing, she made sure I was very comfortable during the application and move in process. She went above and beyond to ensure I got all of my required documents in as well as getting me moved in a a day early. I came from out of state so that’s already a hassle within its self. So having her as a leasing agent really took some pressure off of me. You’re the best, thank you Shadae Elie N.

  • Dog poop Paradise

    Dog poop EVERYWHERE!! Even had upstairs neighbors dogs pee all over my chair on my deck. Water beetles are everywhere and cockroaches. Management refuses to fix my light or fridge door that are broken. Only been here 3 weeks and glad I'm out of here in 4 months. Loud blaring music all night from cars. Gates been broken since we arrived. Dumpsters overflowing garbage. Disgusting mess here. Ready to go...

  • Not Satisfied at all ( Current Resident)

    I recently moved into an apartment here and i can say the process was quick and easy and we had the nicest Leasing Consultant Tye. He was such a gentleman and he stayed on top of everything until we moved in. The apartment is a good size and its very quiet outside the apartments. And the kids here are nice and well mannered. They dont stand in the road as cars pass by and they speak to you as you come in and leave. I do have a bit of a noise upstairs from me, the guy has a huge dog that chases ...
    his ball all the way across the apartment and back all times of the night, kinda annoying. But the reason why i give it three stars is because there was a lot of incomplete work orders in my apartment before i moved in. On my move in day the blinds were bent, the wall has cracks in them. Its a huge hole in the arch way by the front door. I guess the resident here before me had a small kitchen fire, because the stove lining that keeps the heat inside the stove was burned all the way around and also i found the fire extinguisher empty! The refrigerator has big dents in it from where people let the laundry room door slam straight into it, so its all beat up. The ceiling in my master bedroom walk way is peeling off. The balcony needs pressure washing really bad, Has green stuff all over it. When i moved in the last residents left there washer and dryer in here and it took the staff 6 hours to remove it before i could move mine in, so mine sat outside for 6 hours, not only that but the washer was found FULL OF WATER as the staff moved it out , Water wasted everywhere all on the carpet and laundry room floor!!! Any more to come, but besides the point i have been here two weeks now and i havnt had NOT ONE WORK ORDER COMPLETED!! NOT EVEN MY WALK THROUGH LIST. I call just about everyday and they keep telling me someone is coming the same day and never comes... So at this point im already settled and dont feel like moving so i just figured ill write this review instead. Heads up people.

  • Do not lease here!!!

    It has been total misery. First we were put on the bottom floor with a three year old who runs, stomps, throws himself on the floor and bounces his basketball above on our ceiling from the moment he wakes until he goes to bed about MIDNIGHT, we had to put up with total noise all the time. Second, we constantly have to call the police on the same rude neighbors who refuse to control him. Third the air conditioner went out, we had to sleep over night in heat. Third, the ceiling in the kitchen ...
    started with a small leak which lead to the ceiling collapsing. Fourth people are always putting their trash outside the big trash compactor. the apartment had mold around both of the two tubs, there is cracks in the walls. DO not rent here, it is a total dump. Very overpriced for a totally trashy environment. zero stars.

    I MOVED IN APARTMENT FOUR YEARS AGO AND I LOVE IT! THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHILDREN IN MY COMPLEX, BUT YOU WOULD NOT KNOW IT BECAUSE IT SO PEACEFUL. THE STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I FEEL REALLY SAFE THERE AND WOULD REFER ANYONE TO WESLEYSTONECREST APARTMENTS
