They are forcing me to relocate to a different apartment with only 2 months left in my lease because none of my roommates are here for summer even though my roommates and I are all still paying rent. West 10 also told me they could NOT guarantee my safety with my new roommates. The Standards Have Fallen

I have lived here over a year. Since I moved in, standards have been declining. There is dog poop all over, there is no grass around the complex, and the management is lazy. I have called maintenance only for them to come, do a sloppy fix and then for it to break again a month later. The Internet here is the absolute WORST because they only pay for the mediocre plan from Comcast. They will fine you if you leave trash outside your door for a couple hours before you have to go somewhere. The ...

amenities around here have disappeared. There used to abe Keurig coffee and teas in the office and now there is only some cheap old coffee maker because they stopped paying for K Cups. I can only imagine that the standards will continue to decrease (even though rates will increase). I will not be living here again as a result of this.

I live in a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment and it's been a very pleasant stay. With the few troubles I have run into, communication with West 10 management is easy, they respond quickly, and will help you until the problem is solved. Although I live alone, I feel safe in my apartment and have experienced great comfort there. I would absolutely recommend West 10 for anyone looking for a place to live for a few years!

West 10 is located in a perfect spot relative to Florida State University and the surrounding fun places to go. As a student, it takes me about 5minutes to get to school in the mornings and about 15 to get to work. Any restaurant is no more than 20 minutes away, as well as Governor's Square Mall. An excellent place for students to live. Gated community and reasonable price. Amenities are nice and comes with internet, cable, and a TV. Appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer need an upgrade. Apartment was not very clean upon move in, but maintenance and staff are very friendly, timely, and helpful. Overall, very happy as a student living here, and would recommend for the price and location.

Overall this is a good place to live. The office staff is very friendly and happy to help but management is almost never available. I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s definitely one of the better places in Tallahassee for the money.

West 10 is a great place to live! I'm currently in a 4x4 and my room is spacious enough with a decent sized bathroom and spa-esque tub. My roommates have had minor issues as far as crooked cabinets, carpet stains etc. but they also moved in early before any cleanup. The convenience store has come in handy multiple times and I've used the theater inside the clubhouse a lot when family is in town and I have nothing planned! So, nice amenities and nice service so far. 9/10 would recommend.

West 10 is a beautiful area to live in. The amenities are above and beyond expectations. However, the only downside to living here is that if you want to pay online for rent and utilities it is a $15 fee. It may seem cheaper but in reality you are paying $30 extra a month, so the price comes out to be pretty expensive

West 10 is a wonderful place to live off campus! The staff provides excellent service, and they recently, opened a 24-hour convenience store that comes in handy when you get those late night munchies. They also offer many events that will let you interact with many of the residents living there.

I love living at west 10. The apartments are a good size with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is updated and the appliances are fully functional. The closets are walk in which is super nice. The management is very organized and helpful. If theres ever an issue maintenance gets on it relatively quickly. They have multiple resident events throughout the month with free food and movie nights which I love :).

Everything about this place is great! Resident Appreciation, the staff, clubhouse amenities, the size of my room and the price, quiet community on weekdays and fun parties on weekends, and a good smelling front office haha....It's so wonderful that I renewed even though I had to have a random roommate, and they paired me up with a great match based on my preferences
