May 14, 2018Unit itself was pretty nice and very spacius with wood floor but outdated appliances and old bathroom.Building common areas were pretty rundown-walkways were cracked and chipped, callbox for manager didn't work, mismatched paint, old plastic furniture on courtyard. saw the 3rd floor unit but had to take the stairs since the elevator didnt work. not worth the priceProperty Manager Responded
November 30, 2018Hello, This Huge Beautiful apartment has been recently updated with new large floor moldings through out the apartment. New kitchen quartz counter top and beautiful tiled backsplash with stainless steel sink, faucet and new stainless steel appliances. Updated window blinds in each room. Bathrooms updated with new cabinets and quartz counter tops, sinks and faucets. Showers updated with large shower head fixtures and glass doors. This apartment home is very nice and well worth the price for the size and the area. Comes with 2 side by side parking spots and on site laundry. The common area really nice, it's updated with new patio furniture, umbrella's and BBQ Grill.

3 Bedroom in Brentwood, Los Angeles
July 28, 2015This is great apartment for a mid-twenties boys and girls. I live in a three bedroom with a total of four people and it is very spacious. The master bedroom has its own bathroom connected to it while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. I have a queen in my bedroom with plenty of living space to spare. The only negative thing I would say about this building is that it is outdated. We have had some plumbing issues with pipes bursting and/or leaking into the carpet but the problem has been ...fixed now. It is walking distance to all shops and restaurants on San Vicente which is a huge plus for paying very little rent. July 28, 2015This building is in a safe, extremely accessible location in Brentwood. Walking distance from the grocery store, amazing restaurants, workout studios, dry cleaners, and anything else you could possibly need. The apartment is slightly outdated, but is spacious with hardwood/ carpet floors, 3 bedrooms (with giant closets) and 2 bathrooms.Review from Apartments.com
