Everyone welcome. All Rents are income based with all utilities included and cable ready. Close to everything, walk to church's,pool,schools,post office, library,supermarket, grocery stores and fruit stand. Easy access to public transportation, 5 min ride to the mall by car & 15 mins to the ferry. The out door decore is rich with trees and greenery,the community is vibrant and mutil cultured. Great for families,seniors and everyone who wants to live in a well rounded community.
