November 5, 2021I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The apartments are so nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had 2 cats and made sure to take very good care of my apartment. Because of this, I received my full deposit back besides what they take out for routine cleaning.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2020Similar to other tenants, I had a fine experience here until it was time to move out. I was charged to replace the entire carpet even though my pet never had an accident inside. I was blamed for spots found underneath the carpet. This was after the carpet had been probed and only one spot was found, they still felt the need to pull back the entire carpet. I was never provided proof, even when I asked for it, that I moved in with brand new carpet so most likely it was the previous tenants, but I ...had to suffer the consequences and pay for replacing the carpet. Their "attorneys" looked over my claim and still stood by their stance...I'd hope my attorney would have stood by my stance too or else I'd be getting a new attorney.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE.
September 22, 2020Do not rent from here. You'll have a fine experience until it's time to move out and then they will run you for your money. Nickel and dime you for all your worth. Forget to wipe down one mirror, leave a minor spot in your fridge, and don't even get me started on the carpet situation. Just be prepared for pay an extra $1200+ just to replace your carpet whether you messed it up or not. Doesn't matter. They will expect a full carpet replacement.Review from Apartments.com
