Great location & staff
February 19, 2026West Fifth Apartments is located conveniently close to downtown Tempe while still feeling quiet and residential. Management and staff were always friendly in my experiences. The complex was clean and felt secure, being that it is gated. It may simply have been lucky on my part but my neighbors were all very respectful in terms of noise which, based on my experience, is a rarity with apartments. I would recommend West Fifth to anybody relocating to the Tempe/ASU area.Review from Apartments.com
A cozy place!
August 8, 2025My son and I lived here for two years and loved it! I was worried it might be noisy or super busy because it was so close to ASU but it was really quiet and cozy and all tenants were respectful. Cozy spot near ASU and MILL ave
September 4, 2020Having lived here for three years, this is the prime spot to be if you're a college student or even a person that likes a night out on the town! The apartments are cozy, there's a pool and management is fast and reliable when it comes to maintenance(they are also very chill). Great place to live!
August 6, 2020I moved to the area not to long ago and living here was one of the best choices. The apartments are super nice and I never had any problems with my time here. I got a nice parking spot so I never thought twice about where I was going to park. It's in a great location near restaurants and ASU if you're a student. Also management is easy going and answers all my questions.Property Manager Responded

Great place near ASU
September 23, 2015I moved to Arizona from Colorado and didn't know a soul out here. I moved into my apartment and Robert the property manager was very up front about everything and has been super helpful getting any little thing done to keep my apartment perfect. It's a perfect place to live for anyone. There's college aged kids and older here. Noise is unheard of at these apartments. If you like restaurants and bars this is the place. You're only 3 blocks away from Mill Ave so it's perfect walking distance. If ...you're a college student same goes with ASU it's only a few blocks away so walking or riding a bike is perfect. And the tempe town lake is a few blocks away as well. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to the Tempe area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
