Beautiful and spacious, Great views
January 6, 2025I would never rent this place. Parking is way too far and they do not have an elevator in the building. If you have bags full of groceries you have to carry them from the parking lot to the building and then up 2 flights of stairs. This is not conducive for the handicapped and elderly.This is just an elegant Vacation Village. Too much walking and too many stairs!Review from Apartments.com
Sketchy - Unprofessional
August 29, 2019Talked with property manager Jane about the listing. She stated the company was very lenient with the app process and was offering some great deals...but it was a red flag. Did some checking with family watchdog and crime reports and there is quite a bit of police activity at that address. walked around the area and happened to meet and talked with the head of association for the town homes across the street and he has great concerns about the management. states the owner is a lawyer in his ...80's and not engaged at all. also is worried about the property value of townhomes and the crime/tenants the apartment is bringing in the neighborhood.
