West Park apartments (not recommend)

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The apartments look decent from the outside but once you step inside you'll see plenty of issues. They're usually slapped together when setup for a new tenant you can see obvious patch jobs, light switches are sometimes fliped, carpets are not always replaced for new tenants (Ive lived here for years and seen them wash carpets and claim everythings new), locks to doors are upside down, gang activity is becoming more and more common, we've ...
had a stabing a few years back while a party was going on at a gang members unit, ppl have dogs here that aren't well trained and often lunge snariling at ppl, the mantinence guy (Pete) is rude to children playing often criticizing them, I've also heard Pete talking about other tenants and the manager Cathleen very rudley (Pete also lives in the complex), there are metal bars put in faceing outwards on brick walls as well as razor wire, the place is starting to look like a prizon and turning into one with pothead highschool's literally smoking in the parking lot by the school everyday along with gang activity, cops stoping by once every week or every other is a common occurrence, the highschool band plays and keeps ppl who take nightshifts trying to sleep up, I've literally seen ppl take a leak into the few washing machines there are, and they raise the rent by $100 every year. I could go on all day as to why these are horrible apartments, I sincerely hope you decide to find another place to live. Don't make the same mistake I did I regret it so much.
