July 1, 2022The apartments are very old, but the previous management company was very meticulous about repairs and maintenance. A new company bought the property (Van Metre) and they are horrible!!! They are such a big company without enough employees that rarely is anybody in the office, they increased their rent by 40%, the number they gave to tenants is a hotline which connects to people in other states, and they don’t have any maintenance…the old management company has been lending them theirs!Review from Apartments.com
