I’ve lived here for 4 years and have loved every second! Great amenities and prevented me from having to buy a gym membership. There are tanning beds and a sauna which most apartments don’t have! Staff is super respondent and nice.

My experience at West Quad was amazing. The staff put a ton of care into everything that they do. The facilities were well taken care of and staff were quick to respond to any questions I had. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and they treated all residents like they matter. I really enjoyed the amenities available to residents and the fun events the staff took the time to put on for us.

I love west quad! I am currently a senior living here and it’s a great location with amazing amenities. The staff is more than helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. The maintenance staff was not helpful at all it would take days if not weeks to get them to come to my apartment and when they did they would basically just tell me that they didnt know what to do.
