I’ve lived here for 4 years and have loved every second! Great amenities and prevented me from having to buy a gym membership. There are tanning beds and a sauna which most apartments don’t have! Staff is super respondent and nice.

Staff is so helpful and friendly especially Alyssa. She always knows exactly what to do and all the answers! I lived at West Quad for 3 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else always such a wonderful place and atmosphere to be around!

My experience at West Quad was amazing. The staff put a ton of care into everything that they do. The facilities were well taken care of and staff were quick to respond to any questions I had. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and they treated all residents like they matter. I really enjoyed the amenities available to residents and the fun events the staff took the time to put on for us.

I love West Quad

I love west quad! I am currently a senior living here and it’s a great location with amazing amenities. The staff is more than helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I especially enjoy Melanie Mosquera as she is always smiling and super friendly every time I see her in the office! I would recommend living here!

Live anywhere but here

Terrible place to live. There were so many problems with my apartment - mice, black mold, no running water to name a couple. The maintenance staff was not helpful at all it would take days if not weeks to get them to come to my apartment and when they did they would basically just tell me that they didnt know what to do. They also tried to screw me over with hundreds of dollars of BS charges at the end of the year which they waived after I complained which shows me that they figured they might as ...

I am a current resident in west quad. And I have too much things to write for the people who are looking for apartment in west quad. I signed lease earlier but I got pay much more than my roommate per month and my roommate also got 500 cash back while I didnt. Second, I live on the rail way side, its too noisy cuz the train might come in 2 am,3am,4am through all day. The wall is too thin you can hear everything from your neighbor. Wi-fi sometimes go down. People having party all the time and its ...

I'm a current resident at West Quad and I enjoy everything they have to offer. West Quad has an amazing gym, sauna, swimming pool, hot tub and more.
