  • A wonderful place to live!

    I have lived in this building for 3.5 years and have seen it go through a ton of upgrades and improvements. The apartments look great and the amenities are fantastic. Highlights for me would be the stocked gym, the outdoor space, and the management team. The staff are particularly great, and in my time here I've never had an issue getting something fixed whenever anything has come up. For anyone who wants to be downtown but also live in a quiet and peaceful area, this place is for you

    Love it because it’s so close to work! Also love the staff who greet me with a warm “welcome home” each day I walk through the main entrance. They are such an efficient team and they’re all so kind. The amenities are nice; good size gym, great outdoor spaces, and a pickleball court exclusive to our building! Great place to call home :)

    I have lived here for over a year and am about to sign a new lease. West Temple is clean, organized and has some unique amenities. Lobby and common areas are cleaned everyday by wonderful staff. Maintenance requests are smooth as you can fill out an online request via your resident portal or ask the front desk. Brittney is the manager, and has been the best leasing manager I've come across in my years renting apartments. She is communicative, efficient and solution oriented. Her staff are also ...
    noteworthy individuals, who go above and beyond to assist with resident matters. One of my favorite features is the dog spa, and dog potty station. This is a dog friendly community and the area has amazing views and a small dog park right across the street. It is the perfect walking scene for dog owners. We are nestled into a neighborhood, so you hardly feel you're in downtown. The construction is kept to daylight hours and there are a few other routes to take if ever it gets bad, but I haven't been inconvenienced enough to notice it as a downside. The amenities are top notch, with their use of apps to open doors, and common spaces. You never have to carry a key! Overall West Temple Apartments is somewhere I can see myself living until I can afford to buy a home.

    Our family loves the West Temple Apartments. The location is great, we love the layout of our unit and the views. The management team is super attentive. Neighbors are friendly and the overall sense of community is enhanced by the quarterly events that management puts together.

    Can't say enough how great our experience has been here. The staff is so friendly and kind and maintenance has been awesome. I don't know many people in the area because we moved from Texas, but I'd recommend the building to anyone considering moving to the area,
