If you are sensitive to noise, I would be wary because depending on what building and unit you have, the noise from the Jones Assembly may make it hard for you to sleep/focus. I am normally not sensitive to noise but a special event can easily cause my apartment to shake which is different than the occasional voices and music I was expecting.
