Beautiful place. A family member lives there and loves it. However, been trying to apply and talk to someone and I haven’t gotten any responses. At one point I did speak with the agent, but she never followed up. I’ve checked availability and have seen openings. I’ve emailed, requested tours, and requested an application, but still waiting.

Great place, great location. The low ratings and comments are not justified. It's a small community which doesnt make it necessary to have an on-site leasing person. I am on my fourth year and plan to stay for many more.

I reached out to them requesting a tour and an application. Even left a voicemail with my name and number and no one has reached back out to me and we are going on week 2 of no response. From the pictures it’s a beautiful place, however it would be nice to actually see it and get a call back.

I am a current resident and I would say from the beginning this place has been a hassle to deal with. The building is not finished, there’s no lounge area, no outside grill area. There’s not even an office. Paying rent is also a major inconvenience. All communication is done through emails, so don’t expect personal communication. Overall, the apartments are nice, the building is quiet, however there’s nothing too spectacular about living here.

This complex looks great and seems to have good reviews, but none of that means anything if you can't get in touch with them! Have been calling for a week with no response and no way to leave a message. They also do not respond to messages sent through Apartments.com. I would be happy to amend this review if they rectify this serious issue, but this is simply inexcusable!

I’m glad I get to live here; it has everything I need...spacious kitchen, bathroom is huge (to me), cozy balcony, amazing view, convenient washer & dryer in apartment, double closets, enough space in the storage unit, dumpsters within a short walking distance (I had to walk far in my previous place), an area for delivery packages, clean elevator, and everything is brand new. I recommend living here to anyone who enjoys peace of mind.

I've been very happy with this apartment since moving in. Modern amenities in the units. The building and grounds are kept very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. I love the proximity to the Farmington Canal Trail and the view of the Sleeping Giant. Maintanence requests have been handled in a timely manner. I definitely recommend living here!

Though the area was nice and clean. The woman viewing the apartment was not easy to talk to. I was sent an email for an apartment that was no longer available from her lips 2 months ago and when I inquired about that apartment which was attached to my email I received the week of my viewing I was told that I was mistaken she didn't send the email. When I showed her the email she got really upset. She told me that she gets 30 emails a day. She never address the false information on the website ...
and or the email all she did was stand in front of me upset that I was challenging her. I'm glad my family dodge this potential headache.
