September 20, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI've been at Westbrooke for two years and have enjoyed it. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request or had questions, the staff are on it quickly with answers! It's fairly quite and for the price, one of the better deals in West Des Moines.

January 31, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been a resident of West Brooke more than 5 years and the new manager Marti is excellent compared to the last manager. I recently put in a request to move to a new apartment and within in 2 weeks her and Doug ( maintence on duty) had me ready to. There were a few concerns I wanted fixed in the new apartment and I was extremely happy to see the flaws that were fixed. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again Marti and Doug! Cory Lamb

August 7, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex is slighty above average. The price is too high for the quality of the apartment and the service you get. The location however, is unbeatable. There is a mall, gym, and several restaurants and grocery stores all within a 3 mile radius. It's a good palce to live if you are concerned with location, but if you are looking for great service and an upgraded modernized unit, this wouldnt be my first choice. -Stefan
