We like the apartments but land lady is rude to some of her tanents an they say 24 hour availability Not!!! Hard to get them to come fix something without a complaint..

Neighbors are very friendly and area is quiet. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants near by. Maintenance comes right away and scheduled around my time. Almost all utilities (except electricity) are included so that’s a bonus too! =)

Not the best place to live !!

I have lived at Westbrooke now for a year and 1/2. The maintenance & upkeep has gradually gone downhill. While of course my rent has increased. Currently for as a community of about 300 people we have absolutely no place to put our trash/garbage. All the dumpsters were picked up and not replaced. HUH!! I will not renew my lease this year and wouldn't recommend you lease here.
