Nice apartment
June 19, 2024This is my first apartment and I’ve been living here for almost 9 months now and I can say for this to be my first I really enjoy this apartment. The leasing office were great guiding me and my mother for the help to know what’s right for me. The area is quiet and the apartments are more spacious than you think and I live in a one bedroom. Back Again
November 15, 2023I lived here35 yrs ago, and when I needed to move I came back here. Perfect location for me . I work at 3 different locations and can get there in 8 minutes. Also, you can't find a larger floor plan for the price! Maintenance has been prompt and pleasant. Property management easily accessible.Property Manager Responded

Lots of space!!!!
November 14, 2023My son and I love this place! We have the 2 bedroom with 1260 sq feet. He has the master bedroom with his own bathroom with a double closet, and space to be a teenager. We are walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and Robison park as a back yard. The community makes this feel like home, and the affordability keeps us here!!!Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2023My apartment is huge!! It’s clean and if I ever have a problem the maintenance man is on top of it!! The office staff are friendly and very helpful. I’ve never had a problem that hasn’t been solved quickly and efficiently in the 4 1/2 years I’ve been here. I highly recommend coming and checking this place out for yourself!! Affordable and quiet
November 14, 2023I have lived in Westbury Harbour for a few years now and can honestly say my family and I have been comfortable the whole time. Office manager Amber is very kind and always gets back to me if I have an issue or even just a question. Great communication in my experience. I have made a few calls to maintenance since we moved in, but every issue is always addressed. Bobby the maintenance man is also very kind and explains what I need to know on what he is fixing. Great communication as well. The ...community grill area has always been clean any time I’ve ever used it. It is nice to have an area to gather with your family and enjoy being outside. Overall, I would recommend Westbury to anyone who would like an affordable quiet place to live.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 1, 2022The maintenance team is terrible and very short handed, so they are consistently late in completing your requests. I had to call dozens of times before my needs were met things were fixed. WE HAD COCKROACHES that were never fully exterminated, and we never received money off rent or any incentives to stay. Lastly, because we turned in out 30-day leave notice 5 days late, they are suing us for an additional months rent for which we never lived there. THEY ARE AWFUL.Property Manager Responded
