About Westbury Park
Welcome to Westbury Park. We usually have one or two apartments vacated each month. We also generally renovate these vacant units, mostly focusing on replacing the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We list a unit available for rent once we have taken possession of a unit and have a good estimate of when it will be available for occupancy. We receive many calls each day and many emails. We receive a phone call every 10 minutes and we simply do not have the staff to answer the phone that often. Please register with Apartments.com and hit the Alert Me About Listings button on this page. We will then send you info by email about the application process and your ability to tour the unit. We will provide a time deadline for submitting an application. Once the deadline is reached, we will rank each applicant based on their net income. We will then run the credit and criminal background check on the the top 4 or 5 applicants. Once an applicant is selected and they sign a lease and pay the deposit, we will refund the application fee to the applicants that did not have a credit check performed.

Wonderful community
August 19, 2025This is a wonderful property for so many different reasons! Tucked away hidden in Marietta right off of Delk Road and 75, minutes from 285 and the brave stadium! You can get anywhere within 20 minutes from the North Georgia mountains to downtown Atlanta, I could not have found a better place! I got a brand new renovated apartment does extremely beautiful! The small property is a real community. That is hard to find nowadays! Neighbors know each other, kids play out in the yard, we get together ...around the grill and break bread and if you need a cup of sugar, there is a Neighbor that has it for you! My granddaughter is safe to play outside with her friends, because other parents watch out for all the children that’s community! I love this place! Management and the owner are always available to talk with, if you have a maintenance problem, it is address in the appropriate amount of time and fixed. This property exceeds expectations of what one may think, if you’ve never lived on a small property this is the one you would want! Love the energy
November 27, 2024I recently went for a viewing of a couple of units on this property and OMG! I absolutely not only loved the units I saw (even the ones that wasn't finish) I also loved the energy. These apartments are privately owned which is unheard of today and the office/property manager actually lives on the property. I love that. I saw the owner myself painting and putting his energy into the unit. That shows how much love they have for their property and future residents. My current lease doesn't end until ...the end of January and I am praying they will have a unit available at that time because I loved the property. The gates stay secured and the property itself is in the cut. It was quiet, clean, safe and affordable. My name is Candy, I would love to be not only a resident but also a asset!
